EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

We RITEX SPORTS are definite that you will be satisfied with our products. But in case you are not, perhaps due to size, colour or model isn’t right, you can exchange or opt for a refund within 7days of receiving the order. In case you have not received your order, you have 7 days to submit a claim.

The following information will help you process your return.

  • Unopened Item:

You may return any “unopened” products and accessories within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Send the item back in its original packing and condition and we will refund your purchase price for the item. Any delivery charges will not be refunded and will be covered by the customer. The shipping cost will not be refunded if paid.

  • Opened Item:

“Opened” items and accessories can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Simply return the item to us, opened returns must be in saleable condition with its original packing and accessories. The shipping cost will not be refunded if paid.

  • Cancelled Order:

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse the item at the time of delivery, it will fall under standard return policy. The shipping cost will not be refunded if paid.

  • Change of mind:

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if you had a change of mind, we would refund your order amount. Any delivery charges will not be refunded and will be covered by the customer. The shipping cost will not be refunded if paid.

  • Ordered by Mistake:

An order that you placed by mistake is eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery, we will refund your order amount. Any delivery charges will not be refunded and will be covered by the customer. The shipping cost will not be refunded if paid.

  • Damaged Product:

You must take the time to inspect the items as soon as they are delivered. On occasion, the outer carton and packing may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you find obvious signs of damage, get back to us along with the pictures of the damaged item highlighting the defect at your earliest convenience so we can process an appropriate claim and coordinate an exchange for you if possible.

  • Incorrect Item:

In an event when you receive an incorrect item, please get back to us along with the pictures of the incorrect item received so we can arrange and coordinate either replacement of your choice or a refund. All returns are subject to inspection, prior to the issue of credit/refund. The shipping cost will be refunded if paid in case of refund.

  • Limitation for returning the item:

Any items returned for refund or exchange without original documentation or without return form will be rejected. Please clearly state on the invoice/return form the reason for return or exchange and whether you require a refund or exchange.

All returns are subject to inspection, prior to the issue of credit/refund.

  • Warranty:

This Limited Warranty applies to any item bought from RITEX SPORTS.

  • What does the limited warranty cover?

The Limited Warranty covers any defect in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the Warranty Period, we will replace without return, at no charge, products or parts of product that proves defective because of improper material and workmanship, under normal use.

  • How long does this cover last?

The Warranty Period for products bought from RITEX SPORTS is 30 days from the delivery of the order. A replacement or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

  • What does this Limited Warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting in material and workmanship.

  • What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty, you must contact us to determine the problem and most appropriate solution for you.

We will share the free return shipping label under the following circumstances.

  • Different product received. (Images are mandatory)
  • Wrong colour received. (Images are mandatory)
  • Wrong size received. (Images are mandatory)
  • Customer cancelled but was dispatched lately.
  • Not as described (Specify the reason).

The following circumstances in which we will not share the free return shipping label.

  • Cancel order once dispatched.
  • Change of mind.
  • Ordered by mistake.
  • Wrong size/colour ordered.

The heavy items will be collected, and the customer must pay the collection fees. if the customer was on fault according to the above given situations.

NOTE: Items like Groin Guards, Mouth Guards etc. which has direct human body contact cannot be returned or exchanged after usage due to hygienic reasons.
